Having provided facilitated engagement, research and data collection of diverse group of employers from the sector, in order to inform an action plan for an £8m Leadership and Management initiative.
The project included the design and delivery of an employer engagement workshop involving senior managers from nine different organisations including South Wales Police, Wales Fire & Rescue, Parc Prison, Victim Support and The Courts Service.

Capital Region Tourism

Contracted to deliver ‘Welcome to 2010 Ryder Cup’ to people and organisations who are likely to have a role in welcoming visitors to Wales this October and beyond.

The training offers a warm Welsh welcome to the visitors expected in the Region for this years’ 2010 Ryder Cup. The Region will be the focus of world attention for a very short time during the Ryder Cup and the welcome sessions give delegates tips and tools on how to make sure people understand and appreciate that they are in Wales and that we have a distinctive and high quality welcome to offer, not only during the week of the event but long after it has taken place.

Largely a Customer Service training solution this contract has involved marketing the service in addition to delivery
